Saturday!!

Its Saturday!! I'm home rotting and slacking, which i should be doing my revision!! OMG! What am i still waiting for? 2 more days to 2008.. which means that my exams are getting nearer and nearer!! Starting to feel insecure le.. hmm.. Dar is on guard duty today cause his friend swop duty with him, he should be doing his guard duty on New Year Eve.. This New Year Eve we can celebrate together le. Yeah!! Watch fireworks?

Last night, received a call from Singapore Turfclub to go for interview today at 1pm! Yesh!! I got the job.. training will start on 7 Jan 08!! I hope i will get through it cause last day of training, they will test me! Only after i pass the test, i will be able to start work. hmm... I will start working soon, so i guess i won't be giving tuitions anymore le. As i also need time for my studies.. i hope everything will go smoothly for me in 2008! :P

Bintan Trip

The day before i am leaving for Bintan, was at home packing my stuffs and happily took my digital camera to charge the battery. After it was fully charged, i wanted to take and testing, see if it was working well? I tried to on the camera, but it was not working!! End up, i realised that it was spoilt!! Argh!! so angry at that point in time.. don't even know when and how it was spoilt??? Hmm. I'm back from Bintan.. It was quite ok but not very fun because nothing much to do there, moreover Dar fall sick when we were there! It was monsoon season, but thank god when i was there, it was quite sunny and not much rain. The first day when we reach the hotel was 10+ in the morning, as Indonesia was 1 hour behind our time so it was onli 9+ there. After checking in, we can't go to our room cause the check-in time is 3pm (Indonesia time). So we can only leave our baggages with the bellboy and go have fun!

For a moment, we got no idea what to do? So went to the beach for a stroll, walk around the hotel and explore see if there is anything we can do. End up, we went for Archery.. it was our first time and it was quite fun. lolz.. We can't go for seasports cause our baggages at the lobby so it will cause inconvenience to us. Therefore, we slack around and wait for the time to take a bus to Pasar Oleh Oleh for lunch! We have to pay $6 each for the bus!! At this point in time, Dar is already not feeling well, having bodyaches and cold!! so sad... hmm... After lunch, we went back to collect our keys for the room and let Dar rest first.. thinking that rest for a day, the next day he would have energy to go have fun.... hmm...

So our first night, we went to The Kelong Restaurant for dinner but didn't have much seafoods. We did order prawns.. but not so fresh afterall. hmm...

The next day which is our last day in Bintan, we taking the last ferry back to Singapore so actually we have a whole day to play and enjoy.. Dar's sickness became from bad to worst.. Haiz.. So we only went swimming and rifle shooting and relax... we got nothing to do till sit at the lobby play boardgame (Carrom) and also play pool. Wahaha.. So frens.. i really don't whether it is fun?? But it was a nice place to relax.. and the things there quite expensive.. all are in SG dollars!

Christmas Gift!!!

Today after class, i went for haircut at Kovan.. and meet up with Dar. We went Vivo City shopping and collect his credit cards.. He bought a tee from FCUK. Tuesday, bought a tee from Armani Exchange.. lolz.. oooo... he is spending alot recently! hmm...

Though it was 11 days to Christmas, i got my Christmas gift from Dar le... haha... It was a Coach bag! He didn't plan to give it to me today... but no choice.. cause he knew that i saw it, which i did saw it last weekend not today. haha... i was very happy to receive this wonderful Christmas gift from him! Thanks alot Dar!!! I like it alot!! Muackz!!

Rainy Wednesday.. Sick!!

I'm sick today.. having flu and headache!! Feeling so terrible, end up didn't go for class. Hope i will get well soon.. better to be sick now than fall sick when i'm in Bintan. Hahaha... I'm looking forward to our first trip next Saturday, we are goin Bintan! I believe it will be an enjoyable trip. Haha..

Yesterday, Dar just came back from Chiang Mai and bought me a necklace. Haha.. Though i have a similar one but different colour, i still like it. Thanks Dar!! :) We met up and went for movie at The Cathay.. I got an incredible good news from Dar, which i never thought that this would happen. I was so elated!! But i do feel bad as well. Hmm.. What is the good news?? Stay tuned to my blog and you will know.. lolz.. But it might turn out to be bad news as well.. so i shall keep my fingers crossed and wait. :)

Busy weekend...

Finally been to the beach today.. last week wanted to go but was raining.. In the past, when i go to the beach there wasn't many people there. I was surprised to see so many people there today.. all the hunks & babes around, kept me busy looking at them and also watching them play beach volleyball.. wahaha..

After beach, went to The Cathay for movie.. hmm.. Singapore so small.. nothing much to do. Haiz.. wanted to go expo but lazy. lolz.. So we watched 30 Days of Night.. it was quite ok.. hmm..

Yesterday, met up with my frens(Sarah & Baby Clarissa, Christie, Madelene & Khim) in IBM at Shangri-La for high tea, too bad Gwenda did not make it. hmm.. We had a great time!! Each of us has to bring a gift for exchange.. I got the gift from Madelene.. and Khim got the gift from me. haha.. I have yet to open it, but she told me it was things from precious moments.. :)

At night, Dar and me went East Coast food centre for dinner and went for a stroll along the beach. Haha.. it was so windy!! Nice... :P After which we went to Mount Faber.. because on our way down to East Coast, i saw very nice Christmas decorations around Mount Faber area.. by the time we reached there, the lightings was off. So sad... i will try again.. So we went for a drink at The Hill.. yesterday was really windy.. it was freezing cold...

New shoes.. movie..

Yesterday, went to watch Enchanted! It was nice.. Surprisingly that Dar said the show was nice, as he always love to watch action kind of shows. Haha.. Throughout the show, he was laughing and smiling non-stop. Lolz..

Last Friday, Dar guard off.. he came to fetch me after school, but he was late. When i end school, he was still sleeping at home. Argh!! Therefore, i had to wait for him for about half an hour! We went Ikea shop shop and had lunch.. also went anchorpoint.. end up spending $30.80 on 2 pairs of heels! lolz.. i have to wear it more often lo.. if not it will only collect dust. haha..

Last Saturday, Dar had to go back to work for half-day.. who knows his friend who is supposed to do guard duty took MC. Therefore, he had to take over him.. hmm.. i was bored and met up with Jacklynn for dinner at CWP. Lolz..

Last Sunday, we went Pearl Centre to check out prices for Bintan trip.. after that Dar's friends went his house for mahjong again.. lolz.. the session last till around 2am. hmm..

Anniversary..

Yesterday was our 34th mth anniversary! Haha.. 2mths more to 3yrs! Time flies..

As it falls on a weekday, we didn't really celebrate. We went for dinner at Fish & Co. (The Glasshouse).. haha.. yes! Fish&Co. agn.. I love their food, it was sooo delicious. This time round, we didn't have the seafood platter for 2. Instead, he had seafood platter for 1 and i had new york fish & chip, we also ordered fried calamari. The new york fish & chip is different from their normal fish & chip as there was cheese in it.. so nice.. Yummy!! This time round didn't take any picture. Haha..

Friends who read my blog, would realise that its all about goin here and there to eat eat eat!! haha.. i think i must control le.. all the good food out there is tempting me too much!! Lolz.. I think thats all for the day bahz.. Nothing much to write anyway. :)

Busy week.. delicious food!!

I seems to be updating my blog every sunday.. haha.. starting from today, Dar went for his colleague's wedding lunch at Regent Hotel. After which, went town to shop awhile and went to Sim Lim to collect my lappy. Yes.. my lappy is alive!! But my photos can't be retrieved!! Sad!! We also went to Newton Circle for dinner.. had stingray, chicken wings and hokkien mee.. so delicious!!

Yesterday (Sat), we went Wild Wild Wet (WWW) as our complimentary tickets expiry yesterday, so no matter what we have to go! Had great fun!! Too bad, we didn't take any photos.. haiz.. After WWW, went to East Coast Park food centre for dinner! It was our first time there.. quite alot of people there.. we had stingray.. chicken wings, rojak etc. Yummy!! i think i'm addicted to stingray.. lolz..

Friday.. hmm.. had school in the morning.. after school went down to Ubi traffic police.. must be wondering what am i doing there right?? haha.. I was caught speeding.. can't imagine that i was caught!! haha.. I was so shocked when Dar told me, the letter was sent to him as i drove his car that day (8/11/07) when i was caught. Dar's $150 gone just like tat as he was very very kind and nice to pay for me, but as for the 6 demerit points of cos i have to bear myself. Thanks Dar! :) We went Beach Rd(Shaw Leisure Gallery) for dinner at Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant! The seafood was soooo delicious.. we had frog legs (my fav), crabs, fish n La La(clams).. It costs 40+ onli.. those seafood are fresh!! Do give it a try!! lolz..

Its Sunday again!!

1 week past.. its sunday again.. hmm.. i'm so free to update my blog cause Dar is on guard duty today!! I guess, he is sleeping right now!! Last night, mahjong again till morning.. so tiring.. After mahjong we went for breakfast, he sent me home and went to work. I am so tired that within 5 mins, i fell asleep... yawn!!

Yesterday, we went for steamboat at Marina South with Jiayi, after which Zhenhuang came to join us.. it's been quite some time since i last went to Marina South for steamboat.. If i'm not driving or no one drive me there, i would not want to go there cause its so not convenient.. haha..

Friday.. hmm.. How i spent my day?? I drove Dar's car to school.. initial plan was to fetch him after his work end.. who knows he ended early that day!! Argh.. So he had to go to his fren's house at CCK, and fetch him that after i went home and wash up. LOlx.. At night, we went Cine for movie.. Singapore is so small.. sometimes really don't know what other entertainment choices we have?? Clubbing?? not my cup of tea.. what else?? Frens.. give me some ideas... :)

We wanted to watch Stardust, by the time we reached there, there was no good seats.. so ended up watching Saw 4!!! Eeee.... its so er xin!! We also went to HMV for our dinner at Billy Bomber.. i like their potato salad and fish & fries.. :) But i still prefer Fish & Co's Seafood Platter and NYDC's potato salad.. wahahaha...

Hmm... after everything ended.. night is still young!! haha.. went to West Coast's Mac for a drink than Dar went to meet his friends for Mahjong again.. I drove his car home again.. :D

Sunday!!

This week past sooo fast.. without notice it was the last day of the week.. Sunday!! This also means that my assignment deadline is getting nearer.. Next Wednesday and Friday i have assignments due, yet i still have not do it yet.. Omg!! I must faster go and get it done...

Hmm.. Saturday.. which was yesterday.. was at Dar's house.. due to mahjong, slept till around 11+ only.. haha.. was feeling extremely hungry le, so went out for breakfast cum lunch at ABC market which is near Queensway.. After lunch, went back to slack again.. he play his game while i surf net.. haha.. i logged into Facebook.. why so many requests?? i see le also sianz.. i think there was too many things in Facebook le.. I am so lazy to clear it.. haha..

After surfing net for sometime, feeling sianz le.. asked him where he want to go?? He said.. go make exhaust.. argh!! For ladies.. they will feel its a waste of money, its hard for us to gauge.. just like ladies love to shop and buy lotsa of clothings.. bags.. shoes and accessories.. Guys would think that we are wasting money.. our mindset of how many should be spent is totally different! Well, he said he only wants to buy the exhaust muffler? like a cover for the exhaust tip.. his exhaust tip from backview is abit ugly.. to me.. maybe a muffler is enough.

The muffler cost about 40-80.. the exhaust system cost 765!! The exhaust system is don't know what HKS.. Without further bargain, he went for the exhaust system!! OMG.. it was 765!!! Reasons being.. it was good for the car.. improve performance.. alot cheaper than what he asked previously.. blah blah blah.. Anyway, i have no right to bother.. it was not my money afterall.. haha.. hopefully he wouldn't regret it.. :) so coming up next.. would be bodykit.. sound system.. the 3 little meter?? which i dunno what is it call.. i hope as it goes on, the car wouldn't become like an ah beng's car.. lolz..

Less than 20 mins, the exhaust system is done.. so what should he do with the old exhaust?? throw? sell?.. hmm.. We went to AMK hub for dinner and catch a movie (Gameplan), after which also went to Sembawang park for a stroll, the night is still young.. go hm early abit bored. lolz..

Oh... my parents' car spoilt!! Major problem.. guess have to spend quite alot of money repairing it le.. :x

Fish & Co.

Friday.. after school at 3pm, went to meet Ching Guan to take my shoes as he helped me to get discount. Haha.. After that went to meet Dar, he ended work early because he went to work early that day. He need to go home wash up, so slacked till dinnertime!! We went to Fish & Co. (The Glasshouse) near parkmall.. there was live band.. and many many people, so have to wait about 15 mins before we got our seats. We got the seats at the upstairs.. which was quite nice. But there was so many birthdays celebration going on.. the birthday girl/guy would have to stand on the chair and few Fish & Co. staffs would gather there to sing their fish & co song and birthday song.. initially find it interesting and fun, but after which find it irritating because it was so noisy. Lolz.. We had our favourite Seafood Platter for 2.. it was sooo delicious.. i was so in love with it.. the portion was very big!! There was once i tried the Seafood Platter for 1, the portion was big as well, i can't finish it. Hey friends.. do give it a try.. lolz.. After dinner, we went to Dar's house for Mahjong!! Yes.. mahjong again.. i played 1 round only.. the last 2 rounds, Dar played.. i fallen asleep.. was feeling tired!! The mahjong session lasted till morning again.. wahaha.. :)

After a long wait..

OH yeah.. I finally received my stupid student card yesterday. Its been soooo long.. When they pressed for payment, they would act very fast but when comes to handle other stuffs, they are taking their own sweet time. How can?? hmm..

Yesterday evening, met Dar for movie and dinner. We went to The Cathay for movie and had our dinner at Billy Bombers.. I had Seafood Platter, the mussels was sooo delicious and juicy. Whereas, Dar had steak, which i don't know how to appreciate. haha.. Hmm.. when we went into the theathre, we realised that our seats was taken. I was so annoyed at that time, Dar went to confront them. When the couple showed their tickets, the seats number was correct. We are amused.. what is going on? But when i looked at the tickets, the timing was wrong. It was 9.55pm show!! Haiz.. so next time better check your tickets before leaving the counter ya? We went to the Box office.. I talked to the cashier very politely.. without further clarificationor arguement, the cashier immediately let us choose the seats we wanted and reprinted the tickets. Thank god! We are able to make it in time for the show! :)

Today is the last day of tuition for my P3 student.. after which have to break for few weeks before teaching her some P4 work. Now, i am only left with 1 student which is on Monday.. i feel stressful teaching them, cause they are clever. On the other hand, they are very playful; always don't want to do their work. I have the thoughts of giving up this assignment and look for another one instead. Oh ya.. there was 1 thing that made me very annoyed . Monday, i went for tuition.. the students asked me why i didn't come last wk? i told them i am sick.. which is the truth.. yet they told me.. their mummy said that i was not sick, was because students exams are approaching need extra classes so i can't make it for their lesson. After hearing it, i felt so angry!! How can the mother say this kind of things?? Argh!!!!

New honda Fit models...

Sunday... Dar and i went to Bugis for lunch and shop shop.. but main purpose was to look for Honda Fit car models. As i heard from my fren that Bugis is selling... so decided to drop by and check it out.

I feel so happy.. haha.. cause i am the one who found it. Someone got no determination, just casually look around and say don't have la.. we can go le. But i don't care.. just keep browsing around while he busy looking at those transformers... At last i found it!! Yea yea!! But there was only 1 colour which is pink.. we were planning to repaint it. Lolz..

We also went to Sim Lim and shop for awhile.. you know.. Guys!!! haha.. He wanted to go Ubi.. for?? exhaust!! hmm.. 700+-900.. consider ex or cheap? Definition of ex or cheap really depends on ourselves.. our needs and wants.. wahaha.. it was raining very heavily yesterday.. but when we reached there, the garage was closed! Try again next time bahz!!

Saturday.. Downtown East

Last saturday, went to Dar's fren, Xinhong chalet for BBQ. Dar's frens brought Mahjong there to play.. I played 1 round too.. doesn't have any luck.. so end up losing. Well, didn't really eat much there cause wasn't feeling very well.. There was alot of food.. but i heard the foods was cleared.. Amazing!!

Around 12+ we (Dar, Jiayi, Mingfeng, Zhenghuang, Weiming, Joyce and me) left, we went to bedok 85 for Minced meat noodles.. Long heard that it was very nice.. after eating it, i find it average.. jus like ordinary noodle except that this minced meat noodle comes in soup base.

Friday!! Long long day...

Last friday, i had school early in the morning.. class end at 1130 instead of 3. But i have another class at 7pm.. Haiz.. After class, Sin Yee and me went to Ngee Ann Alumni for lunch, after which we went back SIM to do our tutorial.. haha.. our plan was to stay and revise but no mood to do so. Therefore, we went to library surf net for awhile and head to West Mall for dinner.

I feel so sleepy in class.. feel like leaving during break time. But lecturer is having lecture so we can't leave. When class ends at 10pm, we went to town and meet up with Edwina, Agnes, Andy, Shenghao and Tony (Birthday boy). We went to Yishun dam.. Altogether 3 cars (Volkswagen, Hyundai Verna & Honda Fit), but only 6 persons.. we slack n chit chat till 2+. I was freaking tired.. as the next day have to wake up early and go fetch Dar..

This is also the first time i met with road block.. haha.. but i wasn't blocked by the police.. saded.. haha..

Though it was a long day but enjoying..

Sick!!! Unpleasant experience...

Since last monday i had been feeling unwell. Initially i thought it was just stomachache.. but till wednesday it became worst. I went to see doctor, it was gastric pain! The last time i had gastric pain was very very long ago. It was such a torture to have gastric pain, the pain was so unbearable. I remembered wednesday night i met dar, i thought i was feeling better and plan to go for movie. But i can't make it, when we having dinner, i can't eat as i totally have no appetite and feel like puking. So.. frens, remember to eat regularly and stay healthy!! :)

Other than that, recently i had a very unpleasant experience. This time i cried very miserably.. this gonna be an unforgettable experience.. i also don't know why things would turned out this way? At that moment, i was left all alone.. no one was there to comfort me. How i wish someone was there.. but there wasn't. Afterall, no one appeared.. :( oh yes.. what happened?? I believe it is not very nice to write it here.. 27 Oct 07.. a day that i will remember..

So my frens, please do not probe ok? haha..

Seoul Garden

Last tuesday, had a gathering with my secondary school sisters.. we went to Seoul Garden for dinner at CWP.It changed alot after renovation, but the food variety very little.. Practically, i am just eating chicken.. That day i was not feeling very well, having gastric pain. But Mei juan was doing the BBQ job, it was nice being served by someone.

After dinner, it was around 9pm le.. almost time to go home. Before going home, we went to take neo prints.. OMG!! Its been a long time since i last took neo print.

Happy anniversary..

Its monday again.. so tired and boring!! Played too much mahjong during weekend, not enough sleep.. today is they day for me to recoup my sleep. haha.. but later have to go give tuition..

Yesterday was our anniversary.. few months down the road, it will be 3 years.. haha.. we did not have any celebration, because sat played mahjong till morning. So yesterday, most important is to get some sleep first. In addition, yesterday was also Jean's 21st Birthday celebration at Chevron. It was 21st, so have to be an unforgettable one.. no doubt she was being sabo by us (volleyball frenz), that was inevitable.. haha.. the best part was not that she was being thrown cakes but was by me.. just when we are about to leave, she was having handshake with us, i pour a cup of fruitpunch over her.. i think she did not think that i will do that? Jean.. hope you don't mind.. as compared to mine sabotage last year, yours was nothing.. ;p

Oh ya... tests are round the corner.. i must buck up already!! so sianz... study is actually tiring.. got impulse to stop and step into working world.. lol.. its really hard to get back to this kind of life when u already started working and got use with that kind of fixed income every month. But.. no matter what i must perserve!! Jia you kym!! :)

Xindy's wedding dinner @ Hilton 10/10/07

I went to Xindy's Wedding dinner on Wednesday (10/10/07), which was held at Hilton Hotel. As it was too rush for me to go home after school which ends at 6.30pm, I did not go for my lesson. I miss a lesson again. Haha..

Wah.. they had been together for 9 years! OMG!! Thats very very very long... not many couples can do it. I sincerely wish them happiness.. :D
