2nd week of slimming programme

Yesterday was my 1st review session after 2 wks of detox and non carbo diet. Hmm.. Lost 1kg.. Gain muscle mass.. Lost some body fats.. Lost 1cm on arm, thigh n tummy. Consultant say consider positive results. :) I was hoping e results would b better, maybe I too anxious over it??
Juan say slowly.. So must go slow and steady!! Haha..
The dietician changed my diet plan so alternate lunch can't eat except taking the meal replacement but alternate morning I can take 2pcs of wholemeal bread w 1pc ham n cheese. Omg! I m so looking forward to my fav ham n cheese!!
