2nd review on 21/11/11

Went for my 2nd review, results not very good due to not sleeping well. :( Overall lost 2kgs, another 1 cm each for arms, thighs & tummy.
Even though body fats dropped but muscle mass also dropped as well as metabolism rate. :(
Slp is super important!!! I must sleep well and follow diet plan but party is just round the corner!! Xmas follows by New Year Eve and going Bali holiday in Jan. :((
