IT show @ Suntec City

Last Sunday, Dar and i went to the IT Show at Suntec City!! We reached Shaw Tower around 11+am, parked our car there and walked over to Suntec City!! We choose not to park near Suntec City area cause sure jam and no parking slots!!
As the time is still early, we went from brunch first and headed to the IT show. As expected, it was very very crowded and squeezy!! But still quite ok as compared to the last IT show that we went cause maybe the time is still quite early. There was security standing at the escalator controlling human traffic so that ppl wouldn't be pushing ard!
Dar already have in mind what he want to get, so we headed straight to the booths buy all stuffs and leave the place asap. SOoo.. he bought a Lenovo S10 (white), speakers, 2 headset, 1 webcam and HP screen protector. The webcam and 1 headset is for me.. Haha.. cos he will b going to Australia for 1 month in June. Hmm.. by then, i hope i will be looking for job!! The HP screen protector was very cheap!! $3 for 1, $5 for 2.. as compared to outside, selling at $7 each.
I love his laptop!! The colour is nice.. we were thinking whether to get white or black?? The white is nice but require alot of maintenance!! Haha.. When will the laptop be mine?? Lolz.. Its also time for me to change my laptop too.. it is so big, bulky and old le!! Been for 6 yrs!! The next IT show i shall go and have a look provided i got the money!! Haha.. :)

Met up with Jacklynn and Meijuan at CWP sometime ago.. but no time to upload pics!! Here are some pics we took.. as always cause Mj is ard!! She will definitely asked us to take pic no matter what.. Haha.. Tats her!! I will be waiting for her to go take up photography course and be a freelance photographer!! Haha.. Mj.. dun forget our deal ah?? haha..

Bad experience!!

Time flies.... the last time i blogged was on V-day!! Been soo busy dunno doing what.. but just finished my prelim exams, and am 2mths away from my final exams!! I have to start intense revision to prepare for my final exams on 21 May!! After which, i have to go back to working world and start working till e end of my life. Haha..

Yesterday, after work at Haw Par Glass Tower, I took a train back home. The train stopped at AMK station, the staff announced that there won't be any train going towards Yishun and all people have to alight and take a shuttle bus from AMK to Yishun to take the connecting train to Jurong East. Therefore, all people rush down to the bus stop and wait for the shuttle bus, everyone was squeezing and pushing to get out of the station. They directed us to the interchange, waited for awhile and saw the crowd moving towards the main road. The staff of SMRT ask us to wait at the bus stop, saying that the shuttle bus will stop there. So we waited n waited, but saw ppl on the MRT platform waiting for train!! End up, there was train approaching.. people boarded and the train left!! What e crap?? all ppl are complaining!! Made us walk here n there, end up there was train service!! So all the people rush back to the station.. when i was there, the staff is annoucing that the last train is approaching.. OMG!! I ran all the way jus to catch the last train..

I seriously dunno what the staffs are doing?? I believe they will get lotsa of complaints!!! When i reach Wdl, again there was annoucement!! This time rd, "the last bus will leave at 12.50pm"!! I am so exhausted.. argh!! end work at 11pm.. reached home at 1am!!

I wonder what really happened?? Maybe there was accident on the track or what? This was my second encounter on train service stopped and had to take shuttle bus to Yishun, the last time happened at YCK station. I remembered it was because there was a car accident, the car rammed onto the track!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

This is our 4th valentine's day together le!! We went East Coast Park BBQ.. using those disposable BBQ pit!! It was a windy day!! too windy till the fire seems too big all our food chao ta very fast n it was not cooked.. after sometime, when the fire is more stable, only than we have some edible food. Haha..

It was our first time having such activity.. usually in the past, we will book a chalet for 3D2N n had our BBQ there. I was surpriesed that there are many ppl doing the same thing as us.. Haha.. It was quite fun!! Next time i wanna try picnic.. Haha..

We did not buy anything for each other, but he made 3 stalks of pink tissue roses for me!! Wahaha.. first time being so creative!! Was abit surprised, as he also learnt how to made last few days.. will b waiting for 99stalks !! OOoo..

After which, we went back ard 7plus.. i was feeling very tired cause woke up 5+ to acc my mum to market n hospital for blood test. When we rch his hse, i went to bath and lie on the bed watching tv. But after less than 10mins, i fall asleep le.. by the time i woke up is 2am+ le.. lolz..

Happy Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone, hope you all have enjoyed yourselves..

This is not a good year.. i am not happy!! Didn't have an enjoyable chinese new year.. No chinese new year mood as well.. I hope everything will b good for the rest of the year.

Last Sun(1/2/09) and this Mon(2/2/09), my mum tied plaits(scorpion) for me.. Haha.. it had been a long time since she tie my hair for me.. felt so happy!! Haha..
Recently, she is not in good health, fall sick easily.. hope she will get well soon and stay healthy!! Love mummy lotsa!! :)

4 years Anniversary!!

Yesterday was our 4 years anniversary!! I had school till 3pm.. Dar fetch me from school, we went Suntec City for dinner and walk around. Anyway, there's nothing much to do cause we got no plans and he have to work next day.
We had dinner at Kuishin Bo!! It was our first time there.. there was once we wanted to go there eat but the pricing was quite ex. The food was great!! especially the snow crabs!! sooo juicy.. sweet and delicious. It happened that yesterday was ladies' night.. so ladies got offer at 27.90++!!
We went shopping around.. end up i bought a pair of shoes and a top!! Splurge agn.. haha..
SOooo Fast CNY is round the corner, but totally got no CNY mood.. this yr is not a good year.. recently my aunt got admitted in hospital, she still can't be discharged yet so i believe she had to spend her CNY in the hospital. Hmm.. Hope she get well soon..
And i am also busy with school work. It was my last year le.. the modules are tought!! I hope to get it done and over with it!! Once and for all.. Haha.. Just another few more months!!

CNY Coming lo..

Its been a long time since i update my blog.. Been so busy rushing assignments one after another!! Never ending sia!! After assignments.. now have to do lotsa of qns!! Can't enjoy CNY.. Not even done with my CNY shopping!! Haiz.. so sad.. On the first n second day of CNY i will b working!! Mmoney not enough ah..
Just hope that everything will be smoothed for me this year?? My wish is to faster graduate and get a stable job.. if can't find a gd job, at least let me graduate first. Keep my fingers crossed. Haha.. Good luck to me..
